Their 4-person team tends to work with clients who prefer communicating by phone or meeting in person. However, the pandemic forced many companies to work remotely in March 2020. It was during this time that their team faced the challenge of adapting to remote work, and later hybrid work, to keep their business running.
While the team could take their laptops home, their clients still tried to reach them on their work phones, leading to an accumulation of missed calls and voice messages. This meant that employees had to take turns going to the office to check their work phones for client calls and messages. This process was an inconvenient temporary solution, and the team knew that they had to find a better way to adapt.
